♠️ Can I use the work I commissioned from you on my stream?
-Of course! As long as credit is given and it's not being used on merch/or in a way to make money. Having it up on screen is not something I consider as needing commercial rights to but anything else does (IE: Having it show up as an element on screen VS Putting it on shirts and selling it).♠️Can I use the work I commissioned from you on merch/on commercial works?
-I have a 50% charge for commercial work. If this doesn't work for you, we can always discuss via email or social media messaging.♠️Can I pay for my commission after you have finished?
-This is a hard NO. Payment is done via Paypal after I have sent you a sketch and you have approved of said sketch. I allow you to pay anytime while I render your commission but you will not receive the final work until payment is complete.♠️Can I pay for my commission on anything other than paypal?
-Currently I work primarily via paypal for payments. However I do have alternatives if necessary such as Venmo and Cashapp.

GENERAL
♤Have all references and requests ready when you make contact for commission work. Work will not begin until we discuss your order. I can work off text descriptions but do prefer visual references.♤Clients MAY NOT claim any work as their own. Payment does NOT mean they created the commissioned work. [IE: Claiming you created/drew the work]. A commercial add-on does not waive this.♤My turn around time varies depending on how heavy my day to day work schedule is. I work a job where I can be called in 24/7. Feel free to ask about current turn around times. You can ask for status updates or follow ups but daily updates will not be provided.♤Clients may repost my work as long as credit is given when not used for commercial work.♤Clients are responsible for keeping track of their orders.
♤I have the right to reject orders. If rejected while in the middle of an order, you will be refunded.PAYMENTS
♤Payment will be made via PAYPAL and will be sent via an invoice unless otherwise discussed between us. Clients will provide their paypal email. REFUNDS WILL NOT BE GIVEN ONCE FINAL PRODUCT IS COMPLETE.♤If the commission needs to be confidential, there is NO FEE.LIMITS
♤I do NOT draw nsfw, extreme gore, or contraversial. I am not comfortable providing that service for anyone. If you are unsure on if I may draw your order, feel free to ask.EDITS TO WORK
♤Do not chop up, Frankenstein, or trace my work. Especially if it wasn't made for you. This also includes removing my watermark without permission.♤Clients MAY crop for icons, print work for personal use, use as discussed privately.RIGHTS AND USAGE
♤Clients MAY NOT make prints of work with intent to sell or advertise endeavors unless otherwise discussed and with a commercial fee.♤Commercial use of my work (items on merch) will be up charged by 50%.♤Despite a Commercial use payment, I (the artist), still have rights to post and share my work unless otherwise discussed between you (client) and I (the artist).♤I retain all rights to use pieces as portfolio pieces.

Below is a list of things I am comfortable/uncomfortable with. Please respect me by not doing some things listed here or doing things if I am okay with it.
♠️ NO NSFW. I do not like discussing any nsfw that is in relation to me, a public figure (IE: other CCs,Celebrities, etc), or my characters. I may discuss nsfw of my characters in private with FRIENDS but that does not mean I am comfortable talking about it in public OR in private with some random stranger.♠️ I AM OKAY WITH FANART OF CHARACTERS. Still no NSFW drawings or forcing relationships onto my characters.♠️ ** DO NOT HEADCANON ME** I am not your character. I am a living person. I have my own likes and dislikes, I have my own identity. Please do not create a fake version of me to fit your needs.♠️ DO NOT reply to any of my posts on any social media with comments such as "This is so bad delete this" when in reality you mean is amazing. Comments like that are not welcomed by anyone, even friends.♠️ I am uncomfortable with dedicated fan accounts or people who try to mimic my branding. Anyone caught doing this will be blocked by me.♠️ I do not condone doxxing. It's illegal and a highly inappropriate reaction to something not going how you want it. If I find you doxxing me, you will face legal repercussions and I encourage anyone who is being doxxed to also take legal action against those doxxing you.♠️ Just because my sona may have a fem or masc chest does not give you the right to assuming or blatantly misgender me. I use They/Them pronouns and am Agender. Once is a mistake, multiple times is on purpose and will get you blocked.♠️ Do not baby me. I am a grown adult. I do not need you to speak of me in a babying tone. Its degrading and rude.♠️ Do not purposely dig into my past. I know I have done things that are shameful and I am ashamed of them. But I have long since apologized and ceased contact with those I have harmed as a teenager.♠️ Do not make up fake drama of me. Making up rumors or purposely trying to paint me as something I am not will get you blocked but also I will not hesitate to prove you incorrect on any rumors.
